Sweet Plushie Cake

How to Order:

Here are some guidelines I have set forth to make the process go as smoothly as possible

Ready to order? Check out the FAQ below and feel free to email me with any questions.
Please let me know how large you want a plush, and the style (standing or able to sit?) when requesting a price quote.
I need to know the following when making a plushie, so be sure to include the following information in your email to me:
- Your name, email address, and mailing address.
- Method of payment. (I prefer Paypal but also accept money orders and US cash)
- Type of plush you want.
  Your choices are: UFO (6", 9", 13") Chibi (8in. only), Creature, or DX.
- Character name, where your character is from, a detailed description of your character including: hair color and style, eye color, clothing description including feet/shoes, and any special accessories you'd like your character to have.
Please send good reference pictures, but please do not spam me with photos. A clear front shot, back shot and face shot are enough. If the clothing is very detailed pictures of that are ok too. If I can not see the character, how can I make it? The more time I have to spend finding photos for you, the less time I have to work on finishing plushies so make sure to remember to attach some!
Payment is due withing 7 days of me accepting your request and you agreeing on the price. This can be extended only if you live outside of the continental U.S.A and are paying though the postal mail.
Please do not flood my inbox with begging or sob stories trying to get me to lower my prices or give you more than you have paid for.
I reserve the right to refuse any characters or customers I find questionable.
You may change your order once I start(whether it be a character or just some details) but doing so will incur you an additional fee.
I do not issue refunds. You may be able to get a partial refund if I have not started work yet.
I require full payment up front, before I begin work. If you are a repeat customer I may require only half up front.
Please understand that I am not a company, and that everything is done by hand. Because of this it may take weeks to complete a plush.
Please do not pester me about the status of your plush, if I rush then things may not turn out correctly. When you send me an email, please wait at least a day until emailing again.
If you harass me with excessive emails, your order will be cancelled. This has never happened, and I would like to keep it that way.
Each plush I make is unique, as such no two plushes will ever be the same. I do repeat characters, but I can not make the same thing exactly twice.
You do not decide the final price of your plush. Price is based on size and detail. True there is a price guide, but excessive detail raises it.
Please do not email me telling me you are ordering a DX 13" Fan character with working zippers and PVC shoes for $20. It will not happen.
