Family and background
At the age of 5, Arista lost both of her parents in a car crash. She does not remember them very well. Arista grew up and was raised by her grandmother. Her grandmother is the head priestess of their small village in a mountainous region. Arista speaks in a rural dialect that is sometimes laughed at by her peers. Having grown up in such an isolated area, Arista does not always understand things that other girls her age are aware of. She has an older
sister named Aurora whom she has only met a handful of times.

School
Arista is very social and outgoing. She has many friends and is a very popular girl in class. She hates eating vegetables and drinking milk. She almost always eats her meals at the school cafeteria, she loves fried food and sodas. She currently lives in a private school. Arista attends Rainshire Academy on a scholarship. She lives in room 218 of the third year girls dormitory on campus.

At school she carries with her a small drawstring pouch with an assignment book, a pen, and a notepad. She never carries more than she will need. She wears a charm bracelet given to her by her grandmother. It is a simple link chain with bits of 'fool's gold' that have been carved into star shapes. She carries with her a small sketchbook and fashion magazines and is often sketching out ideas for new dresses, plushies, and anything else she thinks of.
