To order a hat I will need the following:

Main color
Brim color
Ear colors (up to 3)
Ear style (Like a cat? With a black tip like a fox?)
Embellishments (optional: bells, safety pins, buttons, badges, felt accents, stickers, glitter, lace, eyes, beading, and anything else)

Example

The main color is red, the brim is red, the ears are black and white.
You can customize these hats any way you like.
